How do I control the display?

Use the mobile app via Bluetooth to customize and switch your display content. Some variants may also support remote-style control functions.

What can I display on the screen?

You can display custom text, emojis, simple graphics, and animated visual effects depending on the model and app features.

Can it fit different types of vehicles?

Yes. The flexible design helps it adapt more naturally to curved rear windows, making it suitable for many sedans, SUVs, and other vehicle types.

Is it waterproof?

The supplier materials describe the display as dust- and water-resistant, with IP65 protection shown in the product images. Please avoid full submersion and follow normal usage precautions.

Can I use it for something other than cars?

Yes. It can also be used in storefronts, party venues, and event displays.

Is it legal to use on public roads?

Laws and regulations regarding rear-window displays, vehicle lighting, and on-road usage vary by country and region. Please check local regulations before using it on public roads.

How fast is shipping?

In-stock items may ship quickly depending on supplier availability and destination. Final delivery time will be shown at checkout or confirmed by customer support.

Where do you ship?

AAmaze Auto ships to supported destinations shown during checkout. Available regions may change based on carrier coverage and product availability.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days depending on destination, carrier availability, customs, and local delivery conditions.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Who pays customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes, or local fees. Customers are responsible for destination-country charges unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Can I cancel an order?

Send cancellation requests as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or assigned to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.

How are returns reviewed?
