Eligible issues
AAmaze Auto offers a 30-day return or exchange window from the delivery date for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request support, contact support@aamaze.store with your order number, clear photos or videos, and a short issue description.
Review process
Our support team will review the submitted information within 3-5 business days when possible and confirm whether a return, exchange, or refund is available.
Items must be unused or in reasonable condition unless the item is defective.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after approval.
Return address process
Do not send items back before receiving return instructions from support.
The return address may vary by order, destination, and issue type. Support will provide the correct return steps after approval.
Non-eligible cases
Returns may be declined for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear after use.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the issue type. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the issue is caused by an incorrect or defective item.
Cancellations
